Email support@riseproof.app and a human from RiseProof will reply. Because RiseProof has no accounts, there's nothing to look up — just tell us your platform (Android/iOS), phone model, and what happened.
Before you write
- An alarm didn't ring on Android? Run the in-app reliability checklist — it verifies exact-alarm permission, battery-saver exemptions and DND access, and names anything your phone's manufacturer is blocking.
- Quiet alarms on iOS? Notification-based alarms follow the ringer volume; see iOS alarm limitations, honestly explained.
- Purchase not showing on a new phone? Open the app and tap Restore Purchase while signed into the same Apple ID / Google account you bought with.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google per their store policies, since they process all purchases.
