The product
RiseProof is a mission-based alarm clock app for Android and iOS. The free tier is a full alarm clock with three mission types. The one-time $19.99 Lifetime Unlock — the only purchase that exists — unlocks every mission and unlimited alarms on devices signed into the same App Store / Google Play account. Purchases are processed and refundable under Apple's and Google's store policies.
An important, honest limitation
RiseProof is engineered for reliability — it rings like the built-in clock and comes back after restarts — but no app can guarantee your phone will wake you: batteries die, phones get powered off, operating systems impose limits (especially on iOS, which we document openly). Do not rely on any phone alarm, ours included, as your sole safeguard in situations where failing to wake could cause harm or serious loss.

RiseProof is an alarm clock, not a medical device or treatment. Nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice.
Your data
Your alarms, streaks and settings stay on your device. We claim no rights to them, and — by design — we never receive them. You are responsible for your own device backups.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully, and don't attempt to reverse-engineer the purchase mechanism.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. RiseProof's total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
